Start zdecydowanie udany, pomimo niepewnosci zwiazanej z brakiem doswiadzczenia w podnoszeniu na deadlift barze. W trzecim podejsciu zostalo wciaz troche zapasu, ale ciezary podejsc dobieralem rozwaznie, poniewaz nie mialem wyczutej sztangi a najwiekszy ciezar jaki podnioslem w przygotowaniach to 320kg. Kategoria 125kg byla obstawiona bardzo mocno, co dodatkowo zwiekszalo stres, bo niezaliczenie podejscia przez jakikolwiek blad moglo mocno oslabic moja pozycje. Sam start poprzedzilo lykniecie 3 tabs t5, co dalo mi nadludzka sile i niestety nadludzki zjazd z ktorego wydobrzalem kilka dni po zawodach. Teraz obowiazkowo deload, a potem wielki powrot do przysiadow i poczatek przygotowan do AMP.

Competed for the first time in my longest span between meets (1 year). Made some good strides and lost some with my performance. Slacked on my nutrition and ended up cutting the little bit of weight I had to cut via undereating. Which caused me to cramp profusely through out bench and deadlifts almost locking my hands shut. But got this third deadlift in the process to match my Pr which is pain progress, the first of which in 2 years. Only up from here. Time to work again, and continue with being pain free.
