For my new stylist followers! Here is a tip I’ve shared before that a lot of people have found helpful. Save this post! ❤️Today’s tip: If I am looking to avoid warmth in the transition area I do NOT brush my lightener into my root melt. My thought process: when you paint over the melt, you slow your lightener down. You could end up with a warm area because that lightener is trying to lighten through the color first and therefore won’t process at the same speed as the ends. This is just what works for me. Every stylist has their own way.. find your way and kill it! @hairmeroar
