Rosebud I really like discovering new ingredients for the cocktails from different local producers. Different jams and sauces are always in my radar since I start this journey on Instagram. When I see a shop where there are possible ingredients for a cocktail, I directly go in and try as many as possible. Then I start to think about what I can create. This one is a real simple recipe with a delicious but thick rosehip sauce from a local coffee shop. Rosebud 50 ml white rum (@havanaclub) 2 barspoon rosehip sauce (@barroscoffee) 20 ml lime juice 10 ml simple syrup Rosebud to garnish Add all ingredients into a shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with rosebuds. Cheers!
