They must align to my PRIMARY vision / mission, or I put them in a “pileup zone”. A note book with ideas that I’m not going to act on right now, but that could be prioritized later. . The temptation to try to do everything all at once is what keep many of my clients spinning and overwhelmed. Once we get to clarity on next EXACT steps towards their mission/goals. Things can move forward again. That means traction and momentum. . Clarity shortens Sales Cycles, Helps define the product experiences and makes sure limited resources are used in the proper way. Hello growth! . It’s hard to do on your own because you’ve been living in minutiae of your business for too long to get that wide lens view that it takes to get clear and focused.
