Screw these guys…not literally.

Every year, Canadians lose millions of dollars to fraud and Instagram is a great place for criminals to access and gain the trust of victims. Be vigilant online. If something is too good to be true, it probably is. Don’t believe anyone who can take your money and “triple” it or give you a guaranteed 20% back return, etc.
.
Don’t share personal or financial information with anyone. Don’t click on any links. Review and Google any business before you buy something over the Internet, especially those ads you see on Insta. Beware of fake accounts looking for personal info in exchange for freebies. If you’ve been a victim, report it to your local police and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
(Sometimes, I engage but I probably shouldn't. The less time I spend talking to these bozos, the more time I can spend connecting and educating and protecting you.)

REMINDER: You can't cheat your way to a great physique. You have to work for it, despite what the mainstream fitness industry may have you think
•••
First of all, some people might disagree with me on fat burner supplements being a scam...
•
I've never used them, but I do know a few things about them; they don't help with fat loss if you're not already in a caloric deficit, and they're advertised as if they do
•
Their various ingredients, like caffeine, can provide a SLIGHT edge in an already ongoing fat-burning process, but that edge is minimal at best ♂️
•••
Other scammy products include waist trainers, generic "detox" products, and ab stimulators
•
❓You might ask, why would companies sell you products that don't work? Simple—Because who wouldn't buy into an easy way to get in shape?
•
✅ The fact is, if something fitness-related seems too good to be true, it almost always is.
•
Stick to the basics: diet, exercise & sleep. Everything else is either supplemental or just a waste of money Know what you need, and stop falling for what you don't
