This is not me today! You see me today I look like I’m on my death bed. A slow 5:50am start with a sore throat, banging head and eyes like I haven’t slept for months. Early morning clients, school drops offs, Mother’s Day open classrooms for both girls until 11am, cross country in the afternoon where Ruby and I snuck off after her run to come home and laze on the couch all afternoon until school pick up to get Little Miss C. Thanks to a few mums I didn’t have to leave the couch and they did the school pick up and gymnastics runs for me tonight. I juggled my afternoon clients around so I can be there for the cross country and get some rest for the afternoon. I often complain about the amount of time I spend at the school with everything that goes on. We don’t have the pleasure of family close by so when it comes to grandparents day, ‍♀️ I’m it. I’m there for all their sporting events because anything fitness is my passion and I enjoy encouraging all the kids. One mum once said to me, “when they reach high school they don’t want you around as much and the school don’t get the parents involved as much as they do in primary. @bayvistaparramatta FREE PANCAKE DAY with added Chocolate Indulgence . One word. CHAOS. When arguably Sydney's favourite pancake place to begin with do an entire day of free pancakes across two stores you know it's gonna be big. @fdprn and I made the mistake of arriving at 3pm as school got out and trust me the kids of Parramatta were hungry! I upgraded and paid for a chocolate Indulgence cake atop my pancakes - not poor, but pour goals . Rumour has it 3000+ pancakes were given away which at 2 cakes a stack is over 1500 satisfied tightasses.
