Which ever category you are I am sure you would find these tip and school Lunch ideas from @celebrationsandceremonies very useful. Please Tag someone that would need this. WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL KIDS MENU IDEAS As school resumes, many of you will be thinking of lunch pack ideas for your kids in school. Kindly see my suggestion below. Monday: Jollof rice, veggies and egg( you can use remnant of Sunday stew to make the jollof) Tuesdays: irish potatoes chips and egg sauce or ugu sauce( if u are in abuja or north 200 own should be fine if possible buy a small basket and keep) Wednesday: Sweet potato porridge with smoked fish and veggies ( it is very cheap) Thursday : porridge Beans and fried plantain ( plantain is in season you can substitute with yam or sweet potato) Friday: fried plantain and stew.( you can substitute with what's in season). Please ensure you give them a fruit each day or juice them and give them to take to school. Desist from buying pre-pack drinks in the market except the natural ones, give them water instead, no do follow follow. Child diabetes is real. If you must give them Noodles popularly known as 'Indomie' make sure it is saturated with vegetables like carrots, green beans, onions or cubed steamed semi ripe plantain.
