This cheeseburger has been put into a wind tunnel, showing us what its aerodynamic properties look like.
-
The cheeseburger’s simulated traveling speed is Mach 0.052, which means it’s traveling at just over 5% the speed of sound, or 64 km/h. The turbulence being produced behind the cheeseburger suggests that it’s not a particularly aerodynamically efficient object.

The 'Antelope Jackrabbit' has extremely large ears that make up about a third of its total body length. These ears not only provide the jackrabbit with excellent hearing but the long appendages also help regulate its body temperature.
-
Notice how the blood vessels in his ears have expanded? Spread ears and summer breezes help cool the rabbit’s blood. During the winter, these ears are held against the body and the blood vessels constrict so they lose less heat to the cold air.

With a lifespan of 50 to 100 years, this extraordinary tree is the only eucalyptus indigenous to the northern hemisphere. It was originally found only in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea, but now finds a home on each of the four major Hawaiian Islands.
-
The rainbow eucalyptus is of course most revered for its streaked, colorful bark, a phenomenon that occurs as the tree sheds its brown outer layer, revealing bright green layers beneath. This fresh wood slowly transforms from dark green to blue, then to purple, orange, and reddish tones before transitioning back to brown and shedding again, starting the process anew.

How to open a lock without a key.
-
The Master lock padlock casing was made out of brass which melts at approximately 930 °C. The flame on our basic blow torch produces a max temperature of 1030 °C. Using simple math you can see the padlock never stood a chance against the gas torch. The gas torch ended up melting the lock very easily.

"I am Iron Man."
Former "MythBusters" co-host Adam Savage just showed off an incredible-looking, 3D-printed titanium Iron Man suit. And yes, it can fly, just like Tony Stark’s fictional model. The jetpack behind the suit comes courtesy of @takeongravity (Gravity Industries), a startup run by UK inventor Richard Browning, and uses five 1,000 horsepower mini jet engines.

The Venus fly trap lures its prey with nectar and, when the moment is right, its jaws close. Contrary to popular belief, flying insects make up less than 5% of the plant's diet.
-
Fun Fact: Studies have shown these carnivorous plants can even digest small bits of human flesh.
