The 20% of the population who are Highly Sensitive People need to center our self-care practices around quiet reflection and getting quality downtime, what I like to call “meaningful self-care.” ✦

Quiet downtime not only allows our brains to process all the information we take in throughout the day, but it gives our nervous system time to relax. ✦
.
Since HSPs need our self-care to be quiet without stimulation, it’s important to think of self-care as a separate activity from time spent engaged in hobbies, entertainment, and socializing. ✦
Always remember, you are valuable just as you are. ✦
.
It’s easy to get caught in comparison mode or find our inner critic is running the show. ✦
.
When this happens, you may find it difficult to feel confident. Try saying a positive affirmation to yourself such as “I am enough” and taking a moment to recognize what you’re grateful for - even if it’s small. ✦
.
When we focus on what’s working we can rewire our brains to highlight the positive which improves mood and self-esteem. ✦

Fifth dimensional consciousness contains a heart frequency and a frequency of love that was rarely present when the forms you see around you were created.
It is not that the people who created the tables and furniture (and all other things you see around you) were not capable of love as human beings - they were.
And many of them were creating from love, but at a different level, of a different kind, so as more and more of you walk into and toward the fifth dimension in the coming decades, you are going to see an extraordinary shift in the heights and things and experiences and forms that are created for you as human beings.
And many of you will be the pioneers of these fifth dimensional creations.

Seeing that life is neither predictable nor controllable, and since I of course chose to marry a man who makes up all of his own rules and cannot be contained , one of the greatest life lessons for me has been learning to SURRENDER & remember what I can—in fact—control, and when it’s time to let go. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀
