We will first list down your short term and long term goals, follow by a fitness assessment of you are now. Then design an individualized program that caters specially to your needs. Each program consists of sets and reps, upscale, deload, etc.

We will need to meet up at least once a week to make sure every technique is done correctly and each progression is perfect.

1. Seated dumbbell shoulder presses x 10 reps, heavy weight
‼️notice how I transit to the next move by replacing my legs from the side of the bench to the front, and also sitting closer to the edge. This is very very helpful to re-stabilise my body to prepare the lateral raises later! (Also you might see how my right is pushing higher than my left arm, that’s cuz my right arm is substantially longer than my left I’m not kidding )
2. Seated lateral raises x 10 reps, medium-light weight
‼️be careful of not using your body as a momentum to swing the dumbbells upward, also focus on facing your pinkies to the sky to better focus your side delts!!
