It is a MYTH that carbs make you fat. It is a MYTH that fat makes you fat. It is a MYTH that you have to eat bland boring ‘health’ foods to get the body you want.
It makes me so fricking sad when I see girls choosing the garden salad instead of the fries they clearly want. Misery is not sustainable. You won’t do it for long because you’re not mental.

So I’ve been sick for over a week (oh and I’m still sick, just hacking my lungs out over here ), but I finally got back in the gym yesterday!! After taking a week and a half off from the gym, and still being sick with a nasty cough, I still felt really strong! My last set of 5x5 squats I hit 155lbs easy. So I’m excited to see what weight I can do when I’m 100%!
What helps you get over a cold? Please give me tips, cuz whatever I’m doing obviously isn’t working

In 2014, I paid for a whole year of gym membership but only went like 10 times. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
WHY? Because I didn’t have a plan & mindset to keep me accountable especially on days I was already exhausted from school or work. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then I started researching on workout plans & nutrition, taking personal trainer certification courses, setting goals & making systems, and committing 100%. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fast forward to now - I don’t hesitate if I’m going to the gym because it’s become a part of my routine. I put on my gym clothes, blast my music, go lift weights, write down the numbers in my phone, come home and eat. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
