Happy 4th! No seriously, I am currently en route to the TP with my fam and all smiles to celebrate the day. But an hour ago was a different story. ✨ An hour ago I had just finished my #c25k session and bit it hard. I had to walk way more than intended and my inner gremlin got me good. “This is your fault”, “You’re too fat for this”, You let yourself get this way”, “You don’t try hard enough” and the list goes on. I could have stayed here. I could have fed those voices and let myself ruin the rest of the day. But I didn’t. I CHOSE not to. ✨ Instead, I will give myself grace for my mistakes, I will honor my intentions, and I will focus on how full my cup is, not how much more room there is to the top.
