Put your hair in a loose bun so it doesn't tangle as much or frizz. This will also keep it cleaner for longer as it is not rubbing against your face.
Invest in a silk pillowcase to reduce the friction that causes split ends and bed head. It also helps your hair and skin retain moisture.

Не знаю, как кому, а мне помогли два основных правила:
✔️1) Я полностью исключила какое-либо термовоздействие на них. Никаких утюжков, плоек, фена и пр. Фен использую только в самых редких случаях, 1-2 раза в месяц.
✔️2) Стараюсь как можно реже их красить. Всю длину не чаще, чем раз в 4 месяца.
