Starting weight of 14stone. Week 1 weigh in and I’m down 4.5 pounds ... I’m thrilled Last week after I joined I said I’d aim for a 5 pound loss but then the week happened and after a calorific spontaneous Saturday night which hadn’t happened in a looooong time lol my Mam took Cullen for the night so myself and Philip rolled a years worth of Date Nights into one Nando’s, Cinema, drinks and then Apache but the next morning I pulled it back to my SW plan... then I got my Things on Monday but I kept going... I was thinking if I got a 2 pound loss tonight I would be happy with that so I was weak when she said 4.5 on a star week! I must say I’ve tried SW before myself at home but now that I’ve joined I really am loving the group interaction and the ideas and help from everyone there and Orla the consultant is an absolute doll I’m feeling so motivated and ready for my week ahead and already feel I’ve changed some bad habits in just one week Here’s to week 2 ❤️

I’ve been really giving it my all this week. Sticking to free food and always having 1/3 of speed on my plate. I’ve kept to my 15 and under SYNS aswel so far besides sabotaging myself using what I though was a HEB bun but wasn’t and in fact was 11syns For someone who LOVES pizza this dinner was just epic and was completely Free! I used weight watchers wrap (HEB), 4 slices of 20g reduced fat cheddar (2HEA) topped with some speedy mushrooms & onions and a speedy salad of spinach onion and tomatoe on the side DELICIOUS! Also for anyone who loves ketchup as much as I do (I’m literally a Ketchu-holic), I’ve switched to the Heinz no added sugar or salt one and it tastes yummy and is only .5 SYNS for 2 tablespoons compared to the original being 2syns for 2 tablespoon ❤️ Those SYNS all add up so always trying to find lower equivalents to change to How is your week going so far?

I’m completely aware that this looks like shit on a stone but it’s in fact one of my new SW faves! It’s a mug cake that you can use as your HEB which is soooooo filling and also gets that sweet craving with Nutella which cost me 4.5syns which is why it’s not coated in it (must restrain myself) but like I’ve tried the freedom Choc shot and even the spread and come on like there’s just nothing like Nutella! Also a lot of people put fruit on it as speed but I just eat mine before it I’m loving plums atm and then enjoy the dirty chocolate cake lol doesn’t even feel like I’m being good then #mindgames

Oh lads .... Well for starters this is 100% accurate because I was very bold this week... i had in my head a 5lb loss this week would mean being down a whole stone in only 3 weeks... that put too much pressure on me and I fecked it up I was feeling down and fed up and lost my way with being Good so done a lot of emotional eating ☹️ I was HOPING for a maintain so I’m super upset that Im up 3.5lbs but also I’m happy to be starting a fresh new week... just came back from lidl with a trolley full of speed and free food to make the most of this week! I’m gonna sit down tonight now and try plan out exactly what to have each day and hopefully it will make the difference for next Wednesday! This is a long term commitment for me so I’ll take it a pound at a time ❤️

WEEK 2 Weak now isn’t even the word guys -4.5 lbs and also got my Half Stone Award!... AGAIN I was thinking 2 pounds I’d be delighted with this week because I wasn’t 100% on plan for a day and a bit... but I guess the rest of the week I made sure to do my best and that’s what counted so I’m now down 9 lbs in 2 weeks! It’s completely giving me the motivation to keep giving it my best shot now for next week when im seeing the results and I’m in no way starving myself like just making better choices like Nando’s for example I could have used 30 to 40 SYNS on what I’d usually get but instead I went for the healthier options and kept it to only like 7 SYNS I suppose this is why they call it a lifestyle change and not a diet

This is like my best friend when I need a caffeine kick to get shit done lol... or else a black coffee but love this white Monster because it’s zero calories and zero sugar so it’s free on Slimming World and in my opinion tastes the best out of the whole range
