Need an exercise that works on your posture while obliterating your posterior chain with an added bonus of improving sprint mechanics? Try the stride simulated single leg Chinese plank chest pass.
I got this idea after seeing a recent post by @dr.joelseedman_ahp highlighting a pullover variation of the Chinese plank. I have been having some aches in my lower back and hamstring as I am revamping my sprinting technique and sometimes revert back to my old running technique when fatigued, which overly taxes those areas.
In order to perform this exercise, the body has to be in proper alignment, which can be seen in my transition as my body straightened out when switching legs. Any energy leak will decrease the height of the chest pass as power output will be diminished and either the ball or your body will fall off to the sides.

High Schooler Matthew Boling runs a very windy 9.98 (10.16 conv). Some specs of the run... things that help make him fast that stand out to me in my learnings from @nonsense_sportstraining would be the backside mechanics, frontside casting (appropriately timed) and subtle pauses of the arm swing. Also a little stumble out of the block that he recovered extremely well and naturally from. When you do the box drop sprints, keep body under control when you land. Focus on limiting the ground reaction time between landing and exploding into a sprint. Use a low box to start. Step forward off the box and land softly on ground with knees slightly bent and immediately decelerate from landing and explode into a sprint.

As you get stronger and more advanced, add a higher box to increase speed, power, and mental confidence
