During her Christmas visit with her parents, Copy Director Susan McWilliams (@sassyeditrix) was tickled to find that the “fresh and local” movement has made its way to rural Kentucky. Susan’s tiny hometown of Stanford now includes The Bluebird, a restaurant dedicated to making creative use of local products to promote sustainable local agriculture.
