•Trap pit• . . . So you're in the trap pit and the world above continues to revolve regardless ... it's a world filled with fear ... taunts of what you could have had everywhere... sounds and sights causing flashbacks and mental torture.... the trap pit now your only place of safety. . . People don't want to visit you in the trap pit - not because they don't care but because they think they have to get in it with you; now this isn't necessarily true - if they got in it with you it wouldn't help anyone. What they need to do is to wait around the trap pit, with a rope or maybe even a ladder to support you step by step or knot by knot knowing that at any one point you will almost definitely fall back in .... they need a hell of a lot of patience and an understanding that there is no quick hurdle out of here. . . Maybe this is the universe's plan, some might call it a punishment but we will never know. Some days there's a little ray of hope shining down, other days it's pure darkness .... miraculously there are little blooms of support flowering down there - years ago no one dared to speak about the trap door. . . But now we are choosing love over fear, sharing our babies stories and we no longer need to linger in the darkness.
