Tired and a little sad today. Tomorrow night is my last real night in our house before I head to BC for @waywardretreats, and then the day after I get back we have to move move move.  Several intense timelines are finally coming to a close, and while I am excited for the new space (and the new, larger studio space) there is a lot about our old house that I am going to miss.  The way the morning light comes into our bedroom is a big one for me. I know that's probably silly, but natural light is such a huge thing for me. Looking forward to new spaces and new growth but still feeling a little bit of grief for the spaces that used to be I suppose. What do you to recharge? In addition to moving, I am also getting ready to head up to Vancouver/Quadro Island for the Wayward Retreat with @Waywardretreats, and honestly I cannot wait.  This spring has been so intense with work and packing that I haven’t been able to get in much studio time.
