My bulk is coming to an end and within a week or two it'll be time for contest prep and getting shredded!! This bulk has been a good one. I put on lots of lean size and didn't gain that much fat like my other bulk. I'm really excited for my prep and seeing where I'll be and what 5 years of hard work has to offer!! After my competition I am going to do a transformation video and it'll be the best one to date! #WEIGHTAINTFREE # #BANANABOLISM #
I would first like to say happy Memorial Day to all our military out there vets and current!! I have the upmost respect for our armed forces and are truly grateful for the protection they provide for our amazing country!! Here's a couple shots after my chest and bi workout taken by my bro @dionne120!! We are almost officially one week out from the show and I plan to bring the most amazing package and dominate! This week I'm filling out and I'm so excited for show day #WEIGHTAINTFREE # #BANANABOLISM #
This is post pre-judging and post IHOP so I don't think I placed well since I did an open division and the competitors I went up against were all a lot older and a little more conditioned than me and definitely on stuff. I was the tallest in my class but rn I'm just focused on the food after I was kept all the way to the right during pre judging and didn't move to the center so I know I didn't place well. That doesn't matter to me though. A trophy or award is nice but I don't care whether I get one or not, that's not what this is about. What matters is me bringing the best version of myself to that stage and challenging myself to go up against older people and do battle with them. I'll tell you my waist was the smallest compared to all theirs but my abs need work and I am making them a priority for the rebound I am doing after this show. Also I just need to get bigger in general. I am not going to compete next year and just bulk up and compete when I'm a little older and much bigger. I just want to say now that all the support I got through this prep; family, friends, etc.. are what got me through this along with myself keeping me motivated even at my worst mental state during this prep and a big shoutout to my man @coachjules_128 for being my coach through out this and guiding me into this show and helping me with prep!! There will definitely be a video of this day when I get to it and it all be great! Also photos from the comp. So again thank you so much for the support and I am looking forward to destroying myself tonight with food #WEIGHTAINTFREE # #BANANABOLISM #
It's already been a week and I gained 10lbs since then mostly water lol. But as young as I am, I still have so much potential to bring hell to the stage. These photos I spilled since I knew I didn't place and I was thirst af since I didn't drink the whole day. But I am proud for doing what I did and I was the youngest in the open classic division and didn't look out of place or outsized which is the greatest achievement in my opinion. Also I was probably one of the only people who competed in that show natural so here's a shout out to the guys on gear who I competed against through an emoji Rn I am focusing on putting on hella size so that next time compete I'll bring an even better package than ever before. Compared to last year's comp, I made huge improvements and am proud of what brought to this show. No ragrets were felt after this show and it just goes to show that I have a huge future in the sport since I was up against 20-30 year olds and didn't look out of place so lmagine what I'll look like in a couple years gentleman who I competed against but anyway I want to be an inspiration to all youth in this sport who have aspirations to be the best version of themselves as possible and get up on stage to show their craft. It is possible to achieve anything but you need to start somewhere and my hard work for almost 6 years consistently shows that getting a great body is possible if you really want it. If any of my fellow competitors realized my age I bet they'd be shook that they went up against an 18 year old I represent the youth and hard work and I not only did this for myself but for every teen who wants to be great in life and wants to transform their body into a work of art and get fit. I want to leave a legacy for all others to follow and this is only the start. I'm already known in High school for what I do so that's a start, can't wait to leave tho but that's a subject for later. Anyways to everyone stay true to yourself and believe in yourself because that's what will get you far in life is trusting yourself and working like hell. Leave a mark where ever you can in life and make yourself into who you want to be.
