On Wednesday whilst working, buying a lot of books from @blackwellbooks and waiting for a friend (with #cake of course) I overheard 2 girls on the next table who were #physicallydisabled sharing their stories, experiences and #talkingopenly about everything and able to laugh along the way. It reminded me so much of how the @cbt_cafe was born with @sovialston and I doing exactly the same talking about our mental health. This to me proves again stigma associated with physical impairments and mental and that we all need to be able to have the same #stigmafree #judgementfree #honest conversations to #support each other going through similar difficulties. Super excited to be attending this event hosted by @lobellaloves this evening in London . The idea behind this name is that just because someone looks good on the surface, doesn’t automatically mean that everything is ok internally .
