Look, at the end of the day, teaching is about changing lives and impacting the world in a much larger way. ⁣ ⁣ Do I love getting notes from my students? Of course!! ⁣ ⁣ Do I love my Starbucks gift cards and flowers? Heck, yes!!⁣ ⁣ But does receiving any material item replace the IMPACT that I’m having in the classroom each and every day?
