Month two in February is closing in! Time for another thankful post. So far this year I’m thankful for lots of people and many blessings. Here is one I was reminded of this weekend. (I was actually reminded of several..prepare for a couple “thankful” posts this week).⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ After having my second baby I did not think I’d be able to do a lot of the things I’ve done in the past. There were days I felt like I was in a different body. One that felt weak and unbalanced.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ While I’m no where near the level of balance I used to be, I am so thankful for the post baby body I have now. I got to spend a Sunday outside with my husband and two kids jumping, running and hand standing around at @shopsatlegacy . So thank you post baby body- for growing children and getting to play with them (not just watch them play).⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ This thankfulness stuck out to me this weekend because it can be easy to become critical of our bodies post baby. Whether it’s because it doesn’t function the same or it doesn’t look the same. I’ll be honest I don’t love the stretch marks I have, and I do have critical days. However, my goal is to always have more joyful days.
