Sunday of the European babywearing week means portraying "The joy of celebration".

As in all other things we do with our kids, babywearing is also a part of different kind of celebrations. The pictures I share is from the Swedish midsummer, my friends baby's name ceremony and the last one if from new years eve. Many celebrations involves crowds of people and the baby can get a nice place to hide and get comfort when being carried.

Ganz festlich endet die heurige #EBW2019 mit #thejoyofcelebration und auch in diesen Situationen hat uns das Tragen schon so viel Erleichterung verschafft. Bei diversen Hochzeiten, Taufen, runden Geburtstagen und sonstigen Feiern konnten wir dank des Tragens Teil der Feier sein, waren mitten im Geschehen, wie früher auch. Nur halt eben mit einem kleinen Tragling. Wie hier zu Miniknübsis Taufe, die er nahezu komplett im Sling verschlief Das Tragen hat uns erlaubt, schlafende Kinder einfach an uns gekuschelt zu spüren, hungrige Babys komplett unentdeckt von der Feiergesellschaft zu stillen, überwältigete Kinder schützend bei mir zu haben und gelangweilte Jungs zu bespaßen, während ich mich mit jemanden unterhielt. We had a mini meeting on Friday, mainly because it was @anaritaolive80 birthday, and although there where plenty of wraps on that bench we basically spent the afternoon running around our kids
