Being #sponsored by @TopoAthletic these past three months has been an incredible way to get back into shape after giving birth to my daughter in March. I first received my Topo shoes as I was recovering from a pretty difficult childbirth experience. At first all I could do was take brief walks around my neighborhood. As my body healed, I was able to go on short hikes and just recently I was approved by my doctor and physical therapist to do some light jogging. My Topo shoes have truly helped me get back into shape.
