For the past few years I’ve been struggling with my skin care routine...I’ve hopped from brands and products with meager results. I’ve invested more money than I care to recount ! I’ve tried trend after trend. Supposed ‘Star ingredient’ after ‘star ingredient’. And was still left wondering why things didn’t work for me, and if they did, it was short lived. Then I came across posts from @drunkelephant regarding the #Suspicious6 and their effects. I started doing research which included reading up on ingredients, blog posts/reviews on their products, and the open forum discussions in the comments section of their posts. I was learning a lot. Through it all the one constant was the enormous amount of excitement, love, respect countless number of people had for their products and the brand as a whole. Maybe there was something to their products...I mean all those people can’t be wrong, right !? I read comment after comment from people who had been struggling exactly as I was. Even the founder, Tiffany Masterson, had struggled with some of the same issues. I continued to stalk their posts, no doubt looking like a crazy IG stalker-person , but I didn’t care...I wanted to read/learn as much as I could...still do ! I wanted to find out if these products could be right for me ! I had never used any of them, except the Marula Oil that I received in one of my #Sephora hauls. Don’t get me wrong, I know there are a lot of other contributing factors when it comes to healthy skin...like age, genetics & what you put into your body to name a few. However having the right skin care products is important, obviously. _ _ I felt comfortable in my decision to give their products a go. Plus the @sephora #RougeBonus sale made it that more easy to dive in. So I purchased The Trunk 2.0 and some other items. I did go get samples beforehand to make sure I didn’t have a reaction. On November 17, the day I’ll be turning 50, I’ll begin using their products EXCLUSIVELY. I’ll be documenting my progress for 30 days. I’m excited & can’t wait to see the results !
