This may sound utterly ridiculous, because it is, but I had to post this. I saw that @christopher.rice.writer @annericeauthor made a post on their Facebook casting for their new Vampire Chronicles TV Series, asking people to post pictures of the actors they want to play the lead roles in this new venture. My heart leap and sank at the same time. I know Im a nobody in the acting world really, I've done a few things with the BBC and that's been amazing for me, but you all know I want to do more. I know I could never play Lestat, and I've accepted that, I'm too short, I just wouldn't be an accurate depiction of him. I do however, have a crazy stupid idea I may fit Armand. I certainly look like a 17 year old boy trapped in time, despite being 23. Surely that's a selling point? Anyway. If anyone even breathed at that post that I might be a good Armand. That'd be a dream. I'm not sure why I'm making this post but I just would regret it forever if I didn't say something. I don't even have Facebook so I can't even comment. I only saw the post though the actor who I hope gets cast as Lestat aka @thomasjwf. I know maybe now isn't my time to be cast in something huge. Maybe it never will be my time. But I'll be damned if I don't keep fighting for what I truly want to do with my life. You all know how much the VC books mean to me, this is something I'd kill to be a part of. But even if I don't get a chance this time. I'll work even harder than before to keep trying and keep dreaming. . .
