It’s Monday and we’re all tired and we all just want 5 more minutes in our beds sleeping is important and you should get your 8hrs of sleep very night! For teenagers- even longer (8-11hrs)... I know I’m wearing make up on this picture but this is literally how I sleep (minus the make-up & wearing other clothes) My hair is tied into a Pineapple and I have a satin pillow case I’ve bought from TK MAXX. I use a satin scrunchie from @osocurly and I love it!! At first it was really weird because my face kept slipping off my pillow case as well as the soft feeling I had to get used to. But it works wonders for my hair & skin. My hair is less frizzy and the keeps most of its definition. My skin is also softer. #winwin How do you sleep? And what do you use? TIPS & TRICKS kulit Choux Paste atau KULIT SOES 1.Untuk volume lebi besar dan kokoh pake tepung cakra atau boleh juga segitiga mix cakra yah.. Kalau pakai segitiga hasil lebih lembut Cakra : Bread Flour Segitiga : All Purpose Flour 2. Gunakan telur yang segar agar saat dioven sus bisa mengembang maximal.Saya pakai ukuran standart 3. Pastikan suhu oven benar-benar panas yaitu: 200 derajat -210 derajat C supaya soes bisa mengembang sempurna dan menciptakan rongga di awal pembakaran Perhatikan suhu ya mommiess dan jangan buka tutup oven nanti pasti mudah kempes Untuk tiap oven suhu bisa bervariasi 4. Pastikan adonan tepung benar2 KALIS sebelum menambahkan telur..Tunggu sampai adonan kulit sus sudah agak hangat/uap hilang,agar telur tidak matang/menggumpal dan sus bisa berongga  5. Adonan akhir kental,tapi masi bisa menggantung perlahan turun dari spatula/sendok dan nampak shiny.(seperti di foto ) Kalau masih padet banget musti ditambah telor dikit yah 6. Kasi jarak yah antara 1 dan lainnya untuk sirkulasi karena bakal ngembang 2x lipat 7. Filling bebas bisa custard vla ato cream pake whip cream,enak semuaa,selera ya mommies.. 8. Adonan bisa ditambah keju parut,enakk bangett mom apalagi kalo kejunya parmesan..wangii 9. Pro tip: when you buy fresh herbs (let’s use dill as the perfect example cuz I always have leftover dill!) for a recipe and only end up using a bit, you can preserve the rest in two ways! 1) if you have a dehydrator, dry your herbs at 100F for 24 hours or longer until fully dried. You can use a sunny spot too on your porch or kitchen. Once dried you can store in airtight jars for later recipes. 2) you can freeze them in ice cube trays. Fill the tray with water and portion out the dill or herb into each section of water. Then when you need a small amount you can thaw the cube or just add the cube to the blender if making a dressing, sauce or raw soup!
