My thoughts on @the.1440 program...

At a time when I was bored with my own training routine,
when I wanted to focus on strength building,
while having fun with crossfit/gymnastics movements,
when I needed a shorter workout to fit in my daily routine— the.1440 program was awesome.

I workout in the mornings before work and every minute counts—so having each workout around 40 minutes kept me feeling accomplished and efficient.

I also love how it included warmups, rather than just the main workout (which many other programs don’t have).

After doing CrossFit for about 2.5 years, I definitely felt comfortable with the lingo and movements that were in the program (ie. Double Unders, EMOM, AMRAP, Tempo, Hand Stand Push Ups, Clean & Jerks, Snatches etc). I would recommend this program for those in the intermediate stage of CrossFit!
