I can’t say enough amazing things about @thestudiomdr . It’s honestly the best workout studio I have ever been to. It’s obviously changed my body in ways I didn’t think possible but it’s also such a fun environment. All the teachers are amazing and I I feel like a badass b**** every time I leave! The Pallof press is a great exercise to help develop the ability to control muscle contractions of the core. It will work the Obliques, Rectus Abdominis, Transverse Abdominals, Scapular Stabilizers, Glutes and pretty much every muscle in your body.

We make it even harder by getting low in this Split Stance. If that wasn’t hard enough, we throw in a front raise at the end to really make you work on control. TOTAL BODY killer!!
