Can’t stop, won’t stop. There will always be hiccups and setbacks. You might hit a point in life where you feel helpless. The high points of your life don’t last forever but neither do the lows. Life is not a linear line to the top, it’s unpredictable, it’s a wave of uncertainty. Remember, this life is your only opportunity to fulfill your desires.
If you don’t like the way your life looks, shift your perspective!

BOTTOM ARM ANCHOR // Human Flag⠀
The bottom arm is your pushing arm and the job is to create enough tension and stability at the shoulder for it to act as an anchor.⠀
⠀
This way when you crack the pull in the top arm you can leverage your body up to the horizontal position, so long as that bottom arm is anchored down!⠀
⠀
Hope this helps explain for those of you working on redefining your impossible of the Human Flag...⠀
⠀
If you've not started your human flag journey yet we hope this helps you believe it's NOT impossible!⠀

Brain GAINZZ
➖
When in doubt! Squat it out!
➖
Practicing total control under any amount of weight will help you become accustomed to the best form you can properly execute. In cases where the resistance is not significant, does not give you the green light to perform ballistic movements which lack body control. The principal should always be “I control the resistance, I don’t let the resistance control me.”
➖
When performing the squat, creating a block allows your torso to remain upright and not fold over, which would most likely result in a serious injury. A block also known as intrathoracic pressure, is created by taking in a deep breath prior to initiating the squat, holding that breath from the top of the movement until the bottom and progressively releasing the breath towards the completion of the movement. Be aware of your limitations as holding your breath can cause you to become lightheaded or even pass out.
➖
Perform each rep with total control and engage the muscles necessary to properly execute the movement no matter how much resistance you’re under!
