View near Les Contamines in the French Alps. One of my favorite hikes was the Tour du Mont Blanc. Every mile of the 110 mile trek brought another incredible view. Well... except when crossing the Italian/Swiss border. On that day there was a storm on the summit and I couldn’t see my hand in front of my face... nor the side of the trail which I stepped off and fell down a little incline into a puddle of mud (oops!) Messy, but made for a soft landing. “Я Моана из Мотунуи, ты сядешь в мою лодку, переплывёшь океан и вернёшь сердце те Фити” (Краткие новости: всё ещё не смогла уехать с Липари - забастовка у паромов ‍♀️) ⠀Просыпаюсь утром, выбираюсь из домика, а сверху «Танья, я жду тебя на завтрак», учитывая пустой желудок после плавания, и предстоящий новый паром на Стромболи, жую только багет, кайфую на солнце под звуки вкусного английского с итальянским акцентом ☺️ ⠀Море вроде спокойное, изучаю расписание на сайте, выселяюсь, прогуливаюсь по крепости и иду в сторону пирса, подхожу в кассы, прошу билет на Стромболи, объяснив ситуацию прошлой ночи. ⠀- на Стромболи уже ушёл 1 паром утром, больше не будет» ⠀- Пфффф Можно билет на Вулкано? ⠀- Да, конечно, следующий паром в час, но он только туда, обратный рейс может быть, может не быть ⠀ - Что?! ‍♀️ за что ⠀Я добралась к черту на куличики, ладно к Эолу на куличики, ради вулканов, а застряла на Липари, который уже пару десятков тысяч лет не извергался (Остров по версии гугла (он врёт!) самый скучный из Липарских. ⠀Желудок же в это время предвкушал «Ну всё, раз парома не будет, можно есть!» Иду обратно в домик, по пути покупаю клубнику, пока продавец моет клубнику, соседний абсолютно киношный Дедушка с сигарой в зубах (как научиться не стесняться фоткать незнакомцев) предлагает креветки, а другой - вяленные томаты Съедаю клубнику на пляже, на обратном пути снова еда: беру пиццу, иду к руинам амфитеатра (нельзя же есть в Италии с некрасивым видом ) ⠀Глядя как я кормлю котика пиццей, получаю рекомендацию сходить в котиковый приют. Сколько их там!! ⠀Возвращаюсь в домик, наконец, ключи так и висят в замке. «О, Танья, я так рад, что ты осталась ещё на одну ночь», про себя бубню, что вообще-то на вулканы хотела, а в слух «а куда на острове можно залезть?» ⠀Вооружаюсь двумя точками, водой и в путь, Легкий 5 часовой хайкинг на смотровые (год не лазала сама и организм оказывается заново научился бояться быть одной в лесу) ⠀И вкусный ужин Как итальянцы красиво готовят! Словно сидишь в первом ряду на спектакле, а бонусом после занавеса ещё и паста ⠀Я говорила, что если не считать пары дней итальянских гор на #tourdumontblanc это моя перва
