Tomorrow is arm day for me, but I thought I’d make a quick post about tricep pull downs/push downs. I see people try to go too heavy on these and don’t isolate their triceps very well. Elbows should remain in one place at your sides. As soon as you raise your elbows up, you are engaging your shoulders and more lats as well as shortening the ROM of the tricep by not allowing a complete stretch of the muscle. This applies to whether you are using a rope, bar, or handles. Hope these videos help and have a great weekend everyone!

I haven't posted a biceps or triceps workout in a while, since my new split/routine which doesn't emphasize isolation movements like curls. However, I still sneak one superset or dropset of biceps and triceps at the end of the workout.

I may lift heavy weights maybe even heavier then some guys but that is only because I have wisely gained that strength through daily efforts and consistency.
Lifting weights will never make a girl look big as females do not releases testosterone as men does. Female hormones are different they can never look like mens who trains with similar intensity.
But strong is always beautiful, and trust your body give it time.
You literally need to grid harder to get yourself the desired shape
