3 sets of 10, 8, 6
i started at 30 lbs for 10 reps. increased to 35 lbs for 8 reps.
increased to 40 lbs for 6 reps.
you can follow suit with whatever weight ranges best suit YOU. or you can do 3x10 at whatever weight you prefer and works for your body!
2️⃣ 3x10 rotating incline chest press
3️⃣ 3x12 incline chest press on leverage machine
4️⃣ 3x12 mid cable flys
5️⃣ 3x10 reverse wide grip tricep pull downs
6️⃣ 3x10 tricep bar extensions

today’s been a rough day mentally. but i’ve gotta be honest and say this workout really helped pull me out of a slump. there’s just something special about lifting some heavy weights and feeling good about yourself.
