Did you know that most people who are either overweight/obese, simply just sedentary, or at a job that requires a lot of repetitive motion have muscular imbalances that cause pain, and make it almost impossible to function properly, which makes it much harder to make progress and significant changes that last when it comes to a group designed workout program. .

اگر دانش آموز هستید یا با کامپیوتر زیاد کار می کنید و یا همچنین زیاد از گوشی و تبلت استفاده میکنید باید بگم به احتمال زیاد دچار این سندرم هستید مگر این که بدن ورزیده و عضلات خوبی داشته باشید!

❌در مورد ورزشکارا هم بگم که مثلا شناگر ها اگر تمرین با وزنه یا تمرینات قدرتی خارج از آب رو انجام ندن احتمال ابتلا به این سندرم در اون ها بالا میره! پس فقط مختص افراد غیر ورزشکار نیست!
