Hi. Haven’t posted a lifting vid in a v long time LOL. Tree weeks out and feeling meh but okay? Went to EDC just a week ago and a rave yesterday afternoon so I’m very okay with today’s SBD considering my body feels like a big ass dumpster fire. Hoping next SBD I’m fully rested and can make these move a little smoother.
127.5kg/280.5lb for two singles. @ezpz_jupiter on da spot and @liftingwithlulu being ma cheerleader. I always have the bestest time lifting with this group .

I also received a medal for best female lifter and ranked #3 in the meet overall with IPF score 644.87! & definitely can’t forget that I had the honor of chugging bathroom sink water trying to fill up the urine drug test samples. Can’t say all numbers reflect my overall strength, but mentally bouncing back after failing my first deadlift attempt was a personal record in itself.
