."Lost electric triplets" title by @narrativa Here is a very weird siblings I saw in an abandoned place. We will call them the #electricmeter family : I don't know if they are triplets or sextuplets (siamese by eyes ? you can also look at the picture upside down)... in any case it's been a long time they are abandoned in a deep deep dark of an very old factory (and the most ironic thing is that their job was, among other things, to enlighten workers). They haven't seen people for a few years, so what a surprise for them to see me appear with my backpack and my flashlight. They thought I was a worker and the factory was going back to business. False hope, I informed them that the factory should be soon destroyed, but I should not have confessed ... it saddened them I offered to take them with me, but they preferred to stay in the dark until the very soon arrival of destructive machines. I would like to take advantage of this post to introduce you to a particularly rare species of animal: the ghostly jellyfish (from the rhizostome family). She received this name for several reasons. First and foremost for its shape and its pale face that recall the specters as we represent them, but also by its way of life. The ghostly jellyfish live in the depths of the world's oceans (whatever their hemisphere). She lives in total darkness 364 days a year (365 for leap years) she only rises to the surface once a year to feed itself (the photo was taken during its only annual rise to the surface, its appearance tired is due to her long fast). at that moment, she takes 24 hours to find the specific foods she feeds on: Christmas turkeys with chestnuts, cardoon gratin, cheese platter, champagne and frozen logs. Once satiated, the jellyfish returns to the darkness of the oceans to be able to digest all year long and resumes its ghostly attitude away from all agitation.
