Just because you’ve been in the field for 20 years doesn’t mean a new grad doesn’t have new information. There’s many ways to skin a cat (hate that saying but you get it). Yours might not be the best way. That’s ok. Part of how we are going to end bullying in practice is to be respectful to others way of thinking and doing. If you don’t understand then ask. Don’t degrade someone’s idea just because it doesn’t make sense to you. We must come together as technicians, doctors, etc. to find the best possible way to treat our patients. Unless a patient is being harmed we must remain open to new ideas
