Yesterday after standing 3 days on a lonely beach close to the sea I had the feeling to go on. So I drove a half hour to the next beautiful spot. Unfortunately you can‘t smell and hear what’s going on here. Everywhere wild rosemary is growing - smells so good! Rebuild the Land Cruiser #4⁠ ⁠ Now that we know we need to reinforce the structure of the Land Cruiser, we came up with the idea of putting a strong steel frame inside. Much like a rollbar, but not for the idea to protect us in case of a roll, but more to keep the frame structure intact during off roads.⁠ ⁠ One concern will be where to place all that stuff that has been in the place where the new construction will come. The electrics are done! • It was really daunting at first, but after months of research and gathering the right components, it started to make sense. We made our own wiring diagram and used it to wire everything correctly. We’re extremely proud of it since we never thought we’d get everything working ourselves! • We still have one problem though, our lights and dimmer are broken and don’t know how to fix it... We think it’s because we need some kind of stabilizer. But we’re still researching that ‍♀️
