Sunrise reflections under the cloudless sky . One of my favorite areas of Bali was definitely Munduk, way up in the mountains surrounded by endless waterfallslots of vegetation beautiful lakes water temples dreamy sunrises/sunsets and on a cloudy morning (not like this one), you even feel like walking on the clouds☁️ . Making a good connection with underwater creatures The USAT Liberty Shipwreck in Tulamben has drawn divers from the world over to this quiet coastal village in East Bali. This popular dive site is centred around the spectacular remains of the WWII-era US cargo ship. The US ship was sunk after being hit by a Japanese torpedo 19 kilometres southwest of the Lombok Strait in a heated sea battle in 1942. US and Dutch destroyers attempted to tow it to the old Singaraja seaport in North Bali, but to no avail. The ship then beached on the shores here in Tulamben for salvaging Following the eruption of Mount Agung two decades later in 1963, the wreck got pushed some 25 meters further out until it eventually rested at a depth of 30 meters and eventually became home to colourful coral colonies that teem with tropical fish. Even if you prefer snorkelling in the waters off Tulamben, you can still enjoy the USAT Liberty shipwreck at lower tides. Amongst the coral growths, you can expect regular sightings of parrotfish, cod and even occasional sea turtles. Photo by @nistiairene

Buenos días travelers! Por fin sábado! Qué planes tenéis hoy? Aquí el de la foto tiene fiestas en su pueblo, así que libres estamos cada uno el fin de semana. Yo me dedicaré a ver si cierro ya el viaje de verano y os contamos! Esta cascada en Bali se ha convertido en un referente de la isla, aunque hay muchísimas más! Fue la primera parada que hicimos en la Ruta norte con @routive_es y después de bajar más de 500 escalones, nos encontramos con este maravilloso lugar! Eso si... subir los escalones ya no fue tan divertido! aunque nos reíamos de vez en cuando Os dejamos luego en stories y en destacados algún vídeo de la ruta que tendremos por ahí Desde luego que volveremos a descubrir Bali al completo, porque en 4 días nos dimos cuenta que tambien nos gustan este tipo de viajes, fue un reto para nosotros aunque no lo creáis!
