Frühstück ist fertig () . . SOY SPAGHETTI & VEGGIES PÂTES DE SOJA & LÉGUMES . 490kcal & 49g protein ______________ Les pâtes de blé je n'en ai plus mangé depuis treeeees longtemps Je peux en manger 120g, j'ai toujours l'impression qu'il n'y en a pas assez ! Devinez il y a combien de grammes de pâtes de soja dans cette assiette? . . . . . 85g! Et j'ai été super rassasiée ! Avec 45g de protéines au 100g, c'est un super moyen d'augmenter la teneur en protéine d'un plat sans pour autant manger de viande . Cette assiette fait à peine 500kcal en comptant les toppings et est vraiment délicieuse! . . . Pour la sauce, vous aurez besoin de: -1/2 aubergine et 1/2 courgette coupée en dès. -10g de pâte miso -2cas de concentré de tomate. -200g de tomate cerise -de la crème balsamique. Il suffit de faire cuire au four vos tomate cerises avec de la crème balsamique pendant 20 min environ.Pendant ce temps: faire cuire les légumes à la poêle dans un fond d'eau avec quelques épices. Mélanger la pâte miso avec le concentré de tomate et une cuillère d'eau et l ajouter au légumes. Ajouter ensuite les tomates cerises et les écraser légèrement pour encore avoir quelques morceaux. Servir avec les pâtes et ajouter quelques graines de chanvre et une bonne cuillère de levure maltée.
