Who finds it difficult to meal prep? . . Going along with what Kelley posted yesterday and what she said on our story: IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE HARD. . . Keeping meal prep simple is the best thing you can do for yourself. Start with what kind of protein you want, mix it it. Find a carb you like, add some veggies and pick a fat. . . This makes grocery shopping a little easier as well. Obviously, some foods cross multiple groups here, like a sweet potato is a carb and a vegetable but we count it as a carb. If you pick a fattier meat, pick more veggies to go with it. . . Obviously everyone is different. Some busy people might thrive with this kind of meal prep and be able to eat similar foods everyday. Other, not so much. That’s why Kelley and I are here for you. . . We want to provide you with as many tools as possible to be successful. Happy Wednesday friends. I was lucky enough to get this amazing vegetarian lunch from the canteen next door. Couldn’t say no to these gorgeous falafel and really loved the hummus, the yoghurt and the tabouleh. The gf option would have been without the tabouleh as it contained couscous. Blueberry Raw Bars☀️ So, I had some dates in the fridge and knew I wanted to make some kind of raw dessert with them....and this is what I came up with! I highly recommend that you guys give this recipe a try because they are sooo good!(they taste even better then they look) • On another note I’ve decided to put off making my ebook for a while becuase I realized that I love sharing recipes on here with you guys, and hate not being able too ⒷⓁⓊⒺⒷⒺⓇⓇⓎ ⓇⒶⓌ ⒷⒶⓇⓈ INGREDIENTS... For base~ -10 dates -1/2 cup oats -2 tbsp peanut butter For the top~ -1 large banana -2/3 cup frozen blueberries -30g dark chocolate melted w/ 1 tsp coconut oil(I used the @nibmor wild Maine blueberry chocolate) METHOD... - blend ingredients for base later in a food processor until combined. - line a loaf pan with parchment paper and press base layer into the bottom of the pan. - slice banana into coins, and place on top of base. Spread blueberries on top of bananas. - place in freezer for 2 hours. - Slice into 6-7 bars(depending on the size you want) and drizzle melted dark chocolate mixture on top. -freeze another hour before eating. -ENJOY!❤️ #vegandessert #veganteen #rawvegandessert #veganbar #rawdessert #wholefood #plantbased #wfpb #veganfoodshare #veganrecipeshare

PEANUT FLAN . Le retour de l’envie subite de flan, mais pas seulement, tu le connais mon amour pour le PB. Donc combo des deux. Bam ! À tabasser entier pour un Max de plaisir . Tu le valides le combo ? . Valeurs : - 685kcal pour le flan (C73, F23, P36) . Recette : Pour la pâte : - 35gr de flocons d’avoine - 35gr de farine de coco @dietfoodpl - 20gr de farine d’avoine Peanut Butter. - 1 blancs d’œufs - 50gr de fromage blanc Pour le flan : - 30gr de farine d’avoine Peanut Butter @max_protein - 100ml de lait végétal - 150ml d’eau - 1 œuf bio - 10gr de Peanut Butter - arôme vanille @got7nutrition . Instructions : Pour la pâte : Mélange les flocons d’avoine et les farines ensemble, ajoute le fromage blanc et le blancs d’œufs. Place la pâte dans un moule en pressant bien les bords et fais cuire 10min à 180 degrés. Pour le flan : Fais chauffer l’eau et le lait à la casserole. Pendant ce temps, mélange l’œuf, le Peanut Butter et la farine ensemble en fouettant bien pour ne pas avoir de grumeaux. Dés la première ébullition, retire le lait du feu et hors du feu mélange ensemble les deux mélanges, une fois bien mélangé, remettre sur le feu sans jamais arrêter de fouetter pour faire prendre la crème. Definitely the easiest pad Thai i have ever made! I’ve been putting off going to the store so I’ve been using whatever I have to make meals I boiled up some @lotusfoods brown rice pad Thai noodles until al dente. I then sautéed some spinach and purple cabbage in some sesame oil until warm. I added in some peanut butter and coconut aminos, no measuring necessary. I added a touch of water to thin. Finished with some lime, served up a generous portion. I then garnished with everything but the bagel seasoning and red pepper flakes. I wish you all a beautiful Tuesday night
