Today was all about the vest! I love using my vest when I can and creating different routines with it!
Workout 1:
AMRAP 15
1 chin-up
2 push-ups
3 jump squats
I was able to get 25 rounds and 1 chin-up!
Workout 2:
5 rounds of 800m run
Rest for 1 minute between the 800m
Last round take off the vest and cool down. This part was rough but just make sure to find your pace and keep running!
