Happy Wednesday I started my blog and creating content just over 3 months ago now. I began because I wanted to share my story, even if it only resonated with one person. Boy, I was overwhelmed with all the support and all the women who reached out to me. The best part about doing what I do is connecting and communicating with amazing women! I self admittedly threw myself in the pit of frustration Monday when our podcast wasn’t ready to go live (revisit Monday’s post if ya need a refresher on that one).⠀ ⠀ Instead of sitting in this frustration though I took time to explore it. Was I truly upset that the podcast wasn’t out there for y’all to hear? not really.⠀ ⠀ I mean I’m dyyyyyying to get it in your hands but the thing that was actually throwing my energy off was that I felt powerless, I felt like I couldn’t work, I couldn’t release content, I couldn’t do anything until iTunes gave me the go ahead.⠀ ⠀ I was giving iTunes, yah iTunes, my power and I let it paralyze me (momentarily).⠀ ⠀ Until I dug into my toolbox and started practicing what I preach. Until I recognized I had the power to choose what the rest of my week was going to look like.⠀ ⠀ I could stay feeling annoyed AF.⠀ ⠀ Or I could shift it.⠀ ⠀ And shift it I did.⠀ ⠀ I sent Robyn a text and asked her if she was cool to push back the launch by a week, even if we did get approved. I knew this would create an energetic shift for me, and allow me to open up space for flow in my week.⠀ ⠀ It allowed me to say yes to thing I prob woulda said no too if I was in launch mode, #silverlinings right?⠀ ⠀ Yesterday, I spent the day on the lake with my kiddos.⠀ Today I’m writing buckets of content.⠀ Tomorrow I booked 2 new client calls.⠀ ⠀ I’m allowing the above to flow in vs staying wound up in energy of expectation. ⠀ ⠀ I surrendered, and trusted the universe has got this.
