I’ve plastered all over my personal FB but have neglected my insta account so here she is, Maren Elizabeth. She made her debut July 4 after a spike in my blood pressure and a for-ev-er long induction. She weighed 6 lbs. 13 oz, 19 inches long, and sporting a full head of hair. Josh and I are in the ‘blur phase’ (well, me) of the newborn stage and most of the time, I have no clue what day it is...or where I put my coffee, and ‘did I brush my teeth today?’ (Yeahhhh coming from 12 years of dental hygiene, sleep deprivation is a REAL thing, folks.). We are surviving, plain and simple. It’ll get easier, but for now we’re soaking up all the baby snuggles and figuring her out as a team. I seriously have to pinch myself because I can’t believe this is my life, I love everything about it Be on the lookout for lots of photos in my insta highlights! #marenmonday @melissarosicphotography
Edit: me
To me, BEAUTY is about being comfortable in your own skin. It’s about knowing and accepting who YOU are, @theellenshow .
.
It takes a lot of nerve to post a photo of me in a bathing suite, and still as I’m typing this I’m nervous of what someone will say, or what negative thoughts people are saying. .
.
I have never been the girl to let my “size” keep me from doing anything! I just go and act like my size doesn’t bother me when deep down it really does. .
.
But I have to get rid of that negativity and realize that no matter if you’re a size TWO or 22, that everyone should feel comfortable wearing that bikini, that tank top, or those jeans shorts! .
.
I struggle with confidence everyday of my life, and I’m slowly learning to be more confident in my own skin, and so should YOU! .
.
My challenge for you today is to go OUT and embrace yourself. Wear something that you’re afraid to wear because of what people will think or say! Just do it! .
.
Also don’t forget to stay BEAUTIFUL, on the inside .
.
PS: Aruba is amazing, & I truly wish everyone could experience it!
