Forever trying to open up my #ThoracicSpine so I can lower chest fully to the ground in my #ChinStand. It’s taking YEARS to open up that area! Toes to head is pretty easy if I put more weight into my chin (hello chin burn & bruise ) but if I focus on lowering chest closer to ground, those toes aren’t touching anything. My friends hosting the #AloBoutInversions challenge have some really great chinstand tips including how to use blocks when first leaning this pose!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I woke up this morning feeling incredibly energized to get work done, which is not usually the case on a Monday morning following a fun weekend. After a quick examination, I realized I have recently been connected with people who are PASSIONATE about their work, who know the worth of their work, and who pour their energy into achieving their goals. That energy seems infectious and I am grateful to have caught the motivation bug. .
