When you are doing a lot of easy miles, running can get a bit sluggish. Finishing with strides is a great way to keep yourself sharp. Think relaxed shoulders, high knee lift & quick feet. Have fun. Between a guy lingering around my yoga studio refusing to leave and ultimately having to call the police, and the car accident I got into today (everyone is physically ok), “I’m shook” is an understatement. Today was the kind of day that makes you thankful for all the other seemingly “bad days” but also the kind of day that makes you grateful it wasn’t worse. So like, medium terrible? ♀️♀️♀️
