All too common these days for people to work on loving themselves from the outside. You can build the greatest exterior and still have a mold issue on the inside. If you build from the inside instead, you wouldn't be so obsessed with the outside. Just a thought

Samira and I just got back from a week in Jamaica, celebrating our ten year anniversary. . It was the longest period of time I've gone without touching a barbell, kettlebell, sandbag, or pull-up bar in ten years. . Rather than spending our time inside a gym we swam, hiked, cliff jumped, paddleboarded, and kayaked daily. It was a great way to not stress about training, relax, and enjoy this great island and each other. . We're back home now, rested and ready to go. I'm pumped to get back at the bars and bells, and looking forward to a fantastic summer of training and adventure!
