TEN WEEKS (and -8 lbs later). This is what your body can do in less than 3 months!! If you’re doubting yourself, just keep chugging along. There are days I feel like my body hasn’t changed and then I compare photos....this is why progress pictures are so important!
I’m happy with how far I’ve come and can’t wait to keep going. Also some people have been asking me about my workouts so here’s what I’ve been doing:
Intermittent fasting, spin 3 times a week, mix of HIIT & Cardio, some weightlifting AND an all-around better diet! I feel good physically which has also helped me mentally and emotionally. Can’t wait to keep working on myself

Only four more sleeps to go until my 10-week fitness challenge with @fitbodiesrowville is over . Our trainer posted this quote on her page to motivate us as we are sooooo close to the finish line. Never have I felt better in my life. I have been at the gym four to five times a week, doing a mixture of bootcamp, cardio and weight training, making well-informed decisions about what I am eating and pushing myself waaaaay outside of my comfort zones. Bring on the fitness test on Friday .
