Alot of times when we lose weight we get caught up on the numbers on the scale. In fact I def do. But we have to realize that weight loss is more than the numbers on the scale, and the numbers actually represent MORE than just your weight.

To me when I see my numbers, especially when they are going down, I think about the journey. I think about my vision of who I am trying to become (the better version of me). I think of the times that I was so tired or felt lazy and I STILL WENT TO THE GYM. And its because of all this that each and everyday Im getting closer and closer to my goals.

I am here to tell you that you only get 1 life to live and you can't even go back and rewind it, it keeps playing and playing and playing and its up to YOU to see what your life will come of it.

Since I’ve had a bit of interest in this recently and it’s perfect timing going into winter, I have created 2 options for you to train with me & get in shape while gaining strength & fitness at the same time.

1. Attend my group training sessions at CrossFit Moorabbin;

Monday - 9.30 Metcon
Tuesday - 6.00am Metcon/9.30am Strength/build
Wednesday - 6.30pm Strength/build
Thursday - 9.30am Metcon
Friday - 6.00am Metcon/9.30am Strength/Build
Saturday - 7.00am Strength + Metcon .
* On Friday’s between 8.45am & 9.15am I can take your measurements & photos.

This will be $60 direct debit. .
2. Online training. You will have access to 5 programs per week & complete these in your own time.
This will be $15 per week direct debited.

* If you would like your own personal Macros/supplement plan, this is a once off fee of $30 for clients completing one of the programs otherwise $49 for anyone else. ** If you would like to go over your nutrition in a one on one session - $60. .

I am soooooo annoyed at myself that I didn’t submit my 8 week photos.
