Transformation Tuesday 17 on the left, not sure what I weighed but it wasn't my highest and 23 on the right at my lowest weight yet. . Honesty time... I haven't been as 'on it' the last few days as I really should be with New York on Friday (where everyone knows I'll be going wild with pizza errrr-day). I've had a mixture of social events/emotional eating/having a cold and that combined with my lack of will power means I'm probably not going to be at the goal I set myself for New York. . I’ve had the same weight loss goal for about 3 years...always get so close but never seem to reach it. Today I stood on the scales and I’m lighter than that goal weight! but I’m female so I’m still not happy haha. Time for new goals to smash

Throwback Thursday I remember when the photos on the left appeared on Facebook and I was so mortified about them that I logged onto Facebook at my friends house to untag myself straight away (before the days of smart phones haha!) . It still took me nearly 3 years from that photo to actually start losing weight (and leave the fad diets behind) but obviously I'm so pleased I started when I did! . . Over a 3 stone loss between these 2 photos! My face looks so different! I have been following the slimming world plan for years on and off as it’s what works best for me. I am tempted to join a group again to help me lose one more stone. I have had 2 babies, had holidays, nights out, been for nice meals , had takeaways and made lots of memories in between these photos and my best advice is to stick to plan when you can but don’t let it get in the way of having fun as you only live once.
